Soil erosion

Removed entry about soil erosion. 'Wheat' wrote "Soil erosion. Depletion of the high quality soil required for growing crops has been the downfall of past civilizations."

It is certainly a good point and I can well believe this could have been the downfall of past civilisations, but we have the technological capability already to cope if this was a widescale problem. Examples are ramping up industrial production of fertilisers and we already have the machinery to spread it on the land, vertical farming, hydroponics  and mariculture .
