Earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes - All adequately dealt with on the construction page
Drought - Not a real problem in a good ecosystem. Earthworks and forests lock in so much water that a prolonged period without rain is not a huge problem, does not cause a food crisis. Also forests actually create rainfall.

Tsunamis - ????
Famine - Food
Disease - Pandemic preparedness and Medicine
