Link to someone who has created similar idea for inflatable dish as a satellite communication rather than a parabolic reflector as I have suggested here. See [1]
Nick Harper suggestion of Cassegrain-type design so could place stirling engine underneath individual parabolic shaped blimp. Stirling engine could act as counterweight and have pulley system to adjust angle of reflector towards sun.
